Michelle was born on June 14, 1964 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Lee and Betty (Varisco) Holden. She may not have been a born Okie, but she was an avid Sooner fan and was a proud alumni of the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Michelle married Clayton Roberts on May 29, 1982 and started a family together. Michelle later married Joe Sorrow on Aug. 6, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada by Elvis Presley in true Vegas fashion. She was a creative person who enjoyed putting her thoughts into art. Michelle in particular liked to use watercolor paints. She also possessed a clever mind and loved to solve puzzles in her free time. Michelle’s most recent passion was spending time with her great-grandchild and putting memories in her mind and smiles on her face. She was a fantastic presence to all that had the luxury to know her, and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Sorrow; her sons: Joey Roberts and his girlfriend, Jericho of Lawton, and Shane Roberts and his wife, Nicki of Tulsa; grandchildren: Jeremy Roberts and his wife, Brianna, and Aiden Seavey of Massachusetts; great-grandchild, Pamala of Cache; her parents, Lee and Betty Holden of Lawton; brother, Michael Holden and his wife, Karen of Chicago; sister, Susie Holden of Las Vegas, Nevada; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
