Anna Marie Flaherty

Anna Marie Flaherty was born on October 6, 1952, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Travis and Martha Jane (Hays) Bishop. She passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the age of 71.

A memorial service is being planned by her family for a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.

Anna grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she attended school. She loved working, shopping, and going to the beach, especially the beaches in Florida. Anna was very family oriented and loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She always enjoyed keeping up with her extended family. They will remember her as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Matthew Dykes; and brother, Travis Bishop.

Survivors include her children: Jeffery Dykes and wife Michelle of Spring, Texas, Kristin Mayberry and husband Billy of Comanche; grandchildren: Zachary Dykes, Zaine Dykes, Sara Dykes, Travis Dykes, Martha Dykes, Emily Mayberry, Dylan Mayberry, Everly Mayberry; great-grandchildren: Iris Mayberry, Mackenzi Stapleton, Harper Williams, Harlo Williams; nephew, Jason Bishop; niece, Sheri Estes; and cousin, Kay Kulik.
